Contribute to the successful completion of projects directly benefitting and improving the aesthetics, physical improvements, mix of uses, accessibility, and cultural elements of Downtown Naperville, including the 2000 Downtown Naperville Building Design Guidelines; monitoring of the Downtown Naperville parking supply through the Continuous Improvement Model, parking deck feasibility studies and pedestrian improvements to city-owned surface parking lots; completion of amendments to the downtown zoning districts on going evaluation of the downtown business mix and establishment and update of Downtown Naperville Streetscape Standards.
